FlyErbil Official Announcement to Our Passengers

For all affected tickets, you have the following options:

1. Free Rebooking:

You may rebook to any FlyErbil destination, free of charge, for travel dates up until June 15, 2026.

2. Date Change:

After June 15, 2026, you may still change your ticket once within a one-year period. No date change fee will be applied; only the fare difference, if applicable, will be charged.

3. Refund via Voucher (EMD – Electronic Miscellaneous Document):

A voucher code will be issued, valid for one year. This credit can be used to purchase FlyErbil tickets, or passengers may request a full refund if the voucher remains unused.

Note: This process will begin in early April 2026.

We remain dedicated to your well-being and look forward to welcoming you back on board when operations resume. Until then, stay safe and know that we are always with you.

We sincerely thank you for your trust.

Sincerely,

FlyErbil Airlines
