Fly Erbil Officially Receives Its Air Operator Certificate (AOC)

On Tuesday, 20 October 2026, in Baghdad, Mr. Lawand Mamondy, Chief Executive Officer of Fly Erbil, officially received the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from Captain Amjed Kadhun Hassoon, Vice Chairman of the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority (ICAA).
